Waiting for Dawn is a metaphysical love story about a man, Carl Teagarden, searching for his fiancé in a pub where all the doors in the pub are doors in space or time.
Rob Leetham stars as Carl, a man doubting his proposal to his girlfriend who is confronted with the ultimate challenge to his doubts after he is caught in the mystery of “The Waiting Room”; a pub mysteriously closed for years until the day he is meeting his fiancé, Vicki Howard played by Iona Thonger, there. Inside Carl meets the like of the enigmatic Darwin Barrett (Chris McAleer), a man who seems to understand The Waiting Room and could be more than he seems, a Barman (Thomas Morton) permanently trapped behind the bar, the manically hyperactive Den Peach (Pip Bayley) and many more as he explores the boundless possibilities of life outside of everything we know.
