Tony has been away from the camera for too long. Seven years of oblivion, after a wonderfully kick-started career.
Those days seem so far away now and the young film director decides to get back in line accepting an offer from the powerful producer Harry Kassar: making Kiss me Lorena, based on a script written by the daughter of Mr. Kassar himself. Tony believes in the project so much that he chooses to have his old team on his side.
Eight characters around a table and a breath-taking script: Kiss Me Lorena. But despite the script, jealousies, old loves and unbelievable twists in the story, everything is bound to end tits up.
Spacecraft hanging from piano strings, mythological heroes, pirates, urban cowboys and dancing zombies. What have all these things got in common? Absolutely nothing, despite the stupidity of the authors of this crazy feature film.
Treasuring the teachings given by the Master Stanley Kubrick – “Guys, remember: cinema could be done on a shoe string.” – the cultural association i Licaoni is glad to present the most irreverent and useless story ever told: Kiss me Lorena!

Back in 2003, Joint Films released a set of four short films, the highlight of which was H.R. Pukenshette - a bizarre but brilliant collision between children’s television and straightforward gross out comedy.
And now the people behind this gloriously outrageous character are making a feature length version of HR Pukenshette and the first teaser is up already.
Enjoy.

Welcome to Willard, a small town lost in the idyllic world of the 50’s, where the sun shines every day, everybody knows their neighbor, and rotting zombies carry the mail.
Years ago, the earth passed through a cloud of space dust, causing the dead to rise with an insatiable hunger for human flesh. Terror spread across the land, until a collar was invented that made the zombies docile, even useful. A company was born: ZomCon. Thanks to their patented domestication collar, zombies became gardeners, milkmen, servants, even pets. ZomCon would like everyone to believe that they have the world under control - but do they?
Timmy Robinson doesn’t think so. He thinks the world is “phony-baloney”. An awkward loner, Timmy spends so much time in his room even his own parents don’t notice him. So when Mom buys a zombie to help around the house, Timmy is surprised, and even curious, when the beast wants to play catch. When the zombie saves him from the local bullies, a true friendship is born, and Timmy names the zombie, “Fido”.
But Fido’s collar goes on the fritz, and the neighbors start paying the ultimate price. To complicate matters, ZomCon’s notorious zombie-control specialist, Mr. Bottoms, has moved in across the street.
What begins as a small town story about a boy and his best friend, becomes a biting satire about our world, the price of fear, and the rewards of risking love. Fido will rip your heart out.
