Congratulations to D-Notice for winning a t-shirt by breaking the law! Tim Ireland of Bloggerheads fame has discovered (via) that it is illegal to display a banner in Parliament Square with I CAN HAS CHEEZBURGER? on it and promptly launched a brand new series of t-shirts that are illegal within a designated area without police permission.
I hadn’t realised that lolcats were such a threat to our way of life.
