If no-one can draw Mohammed it follows that no-one knows what he looks like so, logically, the sin of connecting a specific image to Mohammed is in the eye of the beholder. Also - and I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, here - that the original reason for banning images of the Prophet was to prevent idolatry. I can’t help wondering if some of the responses I've seen - here and elsewhere - are exactly that. #3: “do you guys know muhammad looks like ?”
