Alter Ego Cinema has announced that the short film compilation, Big Boobs, Blonde Babes, Bad Blood, is now on sale at their site!
Featuring award-winning short films with over 50 film festival screenings and television appearances, including the IFC Channel, this underground look at experimental and shocking pictures highlights the work of Amateur Porn Star Killer filmmaker Shane Ryan. Ryan, who was 20 when he made most of the films included, provides introductions, outtakes, and behind-the-scenes footage for the ultimate short film viewing experience.
Hosted by Vanessa Ross, Rebecca Elizabeth Stevens and April Wade, you’re in for 2 hours of boobs, babes, blood, and some surprisingly intelligent award-winning shorts, including Ryan’s debut, Isolation, which Film Threat named one of the Best Films of 2004.
But don’t worry, it’s not all serious, you also get the campy So, We Killed Our Parents which made the 10 Best Shorts of 2004 list (again by Film Threat), and was also showcased on the IFC Channel. And if you’d like to get an even higher dose of boobs for the day, check out Ryan’s work-in-progress, the feature romantic comedy The More The Better.
Since Big Boobs Ryan has made another 2 hours worth of shorts and hopes to put them together in a compilation as well. Many involve the music of singer/songwriter Emily Wryn, who co-wrote the feature Romance Road Killers with Ryan, currently seeking financing.
