Terror Film Festival - Call for entries
The call for entries for the 2007 Terror Film Festival is now open. The regular deadline ends on June 13th with a late submission deadline of August 13th.
Terror Film Festival is a bad-azz international film festival for lovers of horror, fantasy, sci-fi, thriller and drama, and we put our filmmakers, screenwriters, and fans FIRST! Our award-winning website gets tons of hits for you and we run every October in Philadelphia PA at the very cool Ethical Society Building, right across from beautiful Rittenhouse Square.
Now in Year Two, TFF offers almost $10,000 in cash and prizes, including 14 filmmaker awards, 6 screenwriter awards, 20 Claw Award categories, and 4 cash prizes! Plus! Our world-class screenwriting competition! Plus! Every submitted project is featured on our website along with photos and website links JUST FOR SUBMITTING A PROJECT, to maximize your exposure. The winner of the Short Screenplay Competition receives a package of goods and services to bring their ideas to life.
11th Annual LA Shorts Fest is the largest short film festival in the world, screening 700 films of every category. We are accredited by the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences. In past years, 25 participants have earned Academy Award nominations, this years Oscar winner for best animated short film “The Danish Poet” made its Los Angeles premiere at LA Shorts Fest in 2006 continuing our streak of the last 8 Oscar winning short films having screened at LA Shorts Fest the previous year. Last year’s award winners received prizes totaling over $100,000.
