The Oxford Murders: A poster is released
Álex de la Iglesia is one of the more interesting directors to come out of Spain in the past few decades. Films such as Acción Mutante, 800 Balas and Perdita Durango (which was the first Javier Bardem film I saw, back in 2000) have built small but very loyal followings.
Now he is moving on to bigger (and, we hope, better) things with The Oxford Murders which stars John Hurt and Elijah Wood as a professor and a graduate student trying to stop a potential series of murders seemingly linked by mathematical symbols.
The first poster for this film has surfaced and looks very striking indeed. Head over to Twitch to see a larger version.
