Coyote, an insomniacs waking nightmare, is launched on IndieGoGo

Trevor Juenger has form. His previous film, Johnny Be Gone managed to be shocking, surreal, often horrific and genuinely powerful. Now he has another project in the pipeline and is looking to raise funds on the Indiegogo crowd-funding site.

Coyote is an art-horror feature scheduled to start shooting in July 2012. The film stars Bill Oberst Jr. as an insomniac writer whose sleep-deprived hallucinations distort reality until his paranoia drives Bill to extreme violence.

The pitch is below, and suggests that there could well be a genuinely disturbing film on the way. Take a look and, if it captures your imagination, head over to the Coyote Indiegogo page and get involved.

Trevor Juenger does indeed have form. Two pages into the script for Coyote I knew I wanted to play this role. I am proud to be associated with it and with Juenger, a brilliantly disturbing writer and filmmaker.
